Over the past 1 week, officers of the Binagadi District Police Department continued to detain persons involved in drug trafficking in the district. During the events, another 17 people involved in the sale of drugs were detained.

It was established that several detainees had previously been convicted of the same crimes, that is, for organizing drug trafficking during the investigation. Large quantities of heroin, marijuana and methamphetamine, a psychotropic substance, were found on the detainees and in their homes.

It should be noted that several detainees were found to have been stolen from houses and objects in the Binagadi district. In relation to each of them, a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Office of the Department.
In order to suppress drug trafficking in the Binagadi district, police officers continue to fight.
