According to the correspondences of different persons on social network, some news sites spread such information as if drug-containing sweets are distributed to the children in front of a school in Baku city.

With regard to this issue arousing public concern, we note that the spread information is unreasonable. We should also note that identical provocative disinformation, which are considered to cause the confusion of country citizens, have been spread in connection with some schools in certain countries previously, and with one of the schools in Aktau city of Kazakhstan for the last time. However, none of that information has found its proof during researches.

We note it one more time that the safety of all educational institutions, including the mentioned school, in Baku city are secured with both modern observation cameras, protection service of the police and other authorities.  It should also be emphasized that until now, no fact on the distribution or sales of goods or food products with unknown origin or containing drug have been recorded at any secondary school or other educational institution, that functions within the republic’s territories.

Therefore, we challenge the citizens not to believe in such false, unreasonable news, share those information on social network, instead to address to the “102-Call Center” Service of the MIA or to the territorial police office about any kind of law violations that they faced with.
