The driver was determined and brought to justice

The driver, who was driving when under the influence of drugs in social networks, was determined and brought to justice. According to the information of MPD of Baku city Traffic Police Department, the specifications of the materials gathered about the determined driver Ilkin Taghiyev and head of station Oktay Gurbanov were investigated and submitted to the court.
I. Taghiyev was brought to justice for 30 days and O. Gurbanov for 15 days relevant to the Code of Administrative Offences of Azerbaijan Republic by the decision of court.

Preventive negotiation was carried out with the detected person. He expressed his repentance for his deeds. He noted that he was hired in “Chinar Trans” company a few days ago, took the drug substance from the source of which said nothing when the video was spread and his video was taken while he was trying to take at the wheel. He was arrested after the spread of the video in social networks.

Head of station Oktay Gurbanov, who was arrested for 15 days as he did not control the driver, noticed that the driver applied them a few days ago, was hired by presenting his medical certificate and driving license and then made these actions on that day.
