According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a resident of Baku, previously convicted S. Valikhanov, was hospitalized on July 17 with stab wounds from the Yasamal district.

A resident of the capital, F.Budaghov, was detained as a result of operational search activities conducted by officers of the 26th PB on suspicion of committing an incident on the basis of the conflict.
