Investigation was implemented at the Baku Main Police Department in accordance with the negligent attitude of the police to the citizen’s complaint

The citizen’s appeal to Call Center 102 was transferred on the territory to Sabail DPD and appropriate emergency measures were taken upon the fact. Rumors about the police negligence to the citizen's appeal are far from the truth, the person subjected to fraud was invited to the Main Department, and implemented works were brought to his attention.
It was determined at the Police Station No. 9 of Sabail DPD that a person who has abused the confidence of the citizen, who appears to entrepreneurs under different names and in different clothes “Haji Ramin”, is Karimov Jabrayil Mikayil, born in 1988, the resident of Lankaran city, who has been wanted by Sabail DPD since July 26, 2019 under the article 178.2.2 of the Criminal Code. The materials collected upon the fact were attached to another criminal case related to J. Karimov, who is wanted. The person suspected of committing a socially dangerous act, arriving at the Sadarak Shopping Center on August 31, stating that he would deliver the toys from the children's toy store in the amount of 3,000 manats to his new store, ordered for delivery to specified address. Along the way, having abused the confidence of the entrepreneur, taking 210 manats from him, he promised to return it when they reach the destination address, but he got out of the car, left in an unknown direction and never returned.
J. Karimov, having abused the trust of entrepreneurs, stole in the same way from the same shopping center computer sets in the amount of 3,000 manats from one and 1050 manats from another entrepreneur in 2018, and also he stole from another shopping object products in amount of 1,500 and 600 manats in 2019. In accordance with collected materials, he was arrested in June of this year and handed to Khatai DPD, the preventive measure "recognizance not to leave" was chosen against him, but despite this, he was put on the wanted list on June 25 because he was evading the investigation.
The suspected person acts under various names and in different clothes, continues to commit fraudulent acts. Entrepreneurs are advised to be careful, those who see and recognize him are advised to report to the police.
At present, the police continues to implement appropriate measures to arrest J. Karimov.
