On March 15 at the "Mahsul" stadium in Yasamal district with the consent of the Executive Power of Baku a meeting was held by organization called "National Council of Democratic Forces".

The meeting, which lasted from 15:00 to 17:00, was attended by members and supporters of the Azerbaijani Popular Front Party, Islamic and People's parties, members of the organization, as well as a number of opposition NGOs, a total of 600 (six hundred) people.

No gross violation of public security and the rule of law had been committed.
